Whether you’re planning to drive, take public transit or a UJA shuttle bus, be sure to give yourself ample time to get down to the Walk as there will be traffic or street closures. We’ve collected some helpful tips for you to use, but if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at: info@walkwithisrael.com

PUBLIC TRANSIT:

The TTC offers Monday Holiday Service beginning at 8am, which means you can ride the Rocket both ways to this year's Walk. To get to Coronation Park you have two options:

  1. Take the Bathurst Street Bus (route 310 in the evening, and 7 during the day) Southbound to the Exhibition Loop (at the Direct Energy Centre). From there you are a short walk to Coronation Park. NOTE: the 310 turns into the 7 after 8am, and is replaced by the 511 Streetcar from Bathurst Station southbound to the Exhibition Loop.
  2. Take the 511 Streetcar from Bathurst Station South, getting off at the Exhibition Loop. From there you’re a quick walk to Coronation Park.

Be sure to consult the TTC’s schedule at ttc.ca/Routes for best directions from your house.

YOUR OWN VEHICLE:

Driving down to this year's Walk? There are a variety of surrounding parking lots near Coronation Park, including under the Direct Energy Centre. You can also park at Exhibition Place closer to Ontario Place if you would like. As with all parking, please pay attention to all parking signs to avoid getting a ticket.

BICYCLE:

If you’re planning on biking down to the Walk, there are a number of FREE parking locations around Coronation Park and the Direct Energy Centre. Be sure to pay attention to signage where bicycle parking is permitted.

Please note: Bikes are NOT permitted on the Walk route. Please lock your bike to ensure the safety of our walkers.

UJA SHUTTLE BUSES:

UJA provides a $5/person shuttle bus service. Shuttle buses drop off at Coronation Park, and return following the Renee & Irwin Nadal Festival at 3pm. While information is still being finalized, please visit the Walk Shuttle Bus page for more information.
